We don’t do repairs ourselves. When something needs fixing, we coordinate licensed, insured vendors with your approval and send photos of the finished work.
Pay only while you’re away
Choose every two weeks or weekly, pay only for the months you’re gone and cancel with 7 days’ notice.

What happens at the free walkthrough?
We tour the home with you (or your contact), note the systems we’ll check, flag anything to watch and confirm your monthly price. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
What if something is wrong during a visit?
You hear from us right away with photos. With your approval, we bring in a licensed vendor, meet them at the home and send photos of the finished work.
Can family or my property manager get the reports?
Yes. Anyone you choose can be copied on every report.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. You pay only for the months you’re away and can cancel with 7 days’ notice.
