Can I use my own vendors?
Yes. Give us their details and we’ll schedule and meet them. If you don’t have one, we’ll recommend licensed, insured pros.
Do I pay the vendor directly?
Yes, the vendor invoices you. Our coordination time is billed at $60 an hour.
Do I need a home watch plan?
Most clients use vendor coordination alongside a home watch plan. If you only need a one-time visit, ask us.
What if it’s urgent?
You hear from us right away with photos. With your approval we get the right pro out as soon as they can come.
