Every visit leaves a dated report with photos. That record helps when you talk to an insurer, a contractor or a buyer, because you can show the home was checked regularly.

Home watch FAQ
How often should my home be checked?
Every two weeks suits most seasonal homes. We recommend weekly for summer, homes with pools and anyone who wants closer eyes on the AC during the hottest months.
Do you need a key or alarm code?
Yes, to get inside. We set that up with you in person at the walkthrough and store it securely, never labeled with your address. Please don’t send codes by email or text.
What if you find a problem?
You get a call or text right away with photos. With your approval we bring in a licensed, insured vendor, let them in and send photos of the finished work. We don’t do repairs ourselves.
Can my family or property manager see the reports?
Yes. Anyone you choose can be copied on every report.
Do I pay while I’m home?
No. You pay only for the months you’re away and can cancel with 7 days’ notice.
