The earlier the better. Send your arrival or departure date as soon as you know it and we’ll get it on the calendar.
How does fridge stocking work?
Send a grocery list. We shop and stock the fridge for $75, and you pay the groceries at cost.
What if my flight changes?
Just text us the new time. We adjust the AC and timing so the home is ready when you are.
Do I need a home watch plan?
Most clients pair prep with a home watch plan for the months they’re away. If you only need arrival or departure help, ask us.
