Can reports go to my listing agent or attorney?
Yes. Anyone you choose can be copied on every report.
Can you let in cleaners, stagers or contractors?
Yes, as vendor coordination at $60 an hour with a one-hour minimum. We meet them, stay while they work and send photos.
Is there a minimum term?
No. It is month to month with 7 days’ notice to stop.
Do you do repairs before closing?
We don’t do repairs ourselves. We coordinate licensed, insured pros with your approval.
