Fountain Hills home watch
Home watch in Fountain Hills, from a company based here
Snowbird Home Care is based in Fountain Hills. While you're away, we walk through your home on the schedule you choose, check every system and email you a photo report within 24 hours of every visit.
What Fountain Hills homes deal with while you're gone
Summer heat on an empty house
When the AC quits in July, indoor temperatures climb fast. We log the thermostat and humidity on every visit so a failing unit gets caught early.
Monsoon runoff and wind
Hillside lots and washes take a lot of water in a short storm. After a monsoon or big wind we can add a $65 post-storm check of the roofline, patios, drainage and pool.
Pools in the off-season
A pump that stops or a pool company that skips a week shows up fast in the heat. We check the equipment on every visit and photograph anything off.
Gated communities and HOAs
Many Fountain Hills homes sit behind a gate or in an HOA, from FireRock and SunRidge Canyon to Eagle Mountain. We set up gate access with you at the walkthrough and photograph HOA notices left at the door.
Because we're local, a vendor meet, a post-storm check or an arrival prep isn't a long drive for us. You deal with one person who knows the town.
