Vendors you already use
Most Scottsdale owners have a pool company, landscaper and pest service on contract. We let them in, stay while they work and send photos of the finished job ($60/hr).

Homes that back onto open desert see scorpions, pack rats and the occasional javelina. We check entry points and garages on every visit.
North Scottsdale is covered the same as the rest of the city. We're based in Fountain Hills, a short drive east.

Home watch pricing in Scottsdale
Pricing is the same in every city we serve. Homes up to 3,000 sq ft are $149 a month for a visit every two weeks or $249 a month weekly. Larger homes or homes with a pool are $199 or $329. Homes over 10,000 sq ft are quoted after the free walkthrough, and every price is confirmed at the walkthrough. You only pay for the months you're away, and prepaying your season saves 10%.

Yes. North Scottsdale is part of our regular service area, including guard-gated communities. Access is set up with you in person at the walkthrough.

Yes. We let approved vendors in, stay while they work and send photos when they're done. Vendor visits are $60 an hour with a one hour minimum, and their invoices stay separate.
